Perpetuating Learning through Self-Education

The problem that I have already anticipated after the Commencement Exercises was the Perpetuation of my Knowledge in the field that I've chosen, The Human Resources Development Management.

With my continuous commitment to the Perpetual and Lifelong Learning, I am very much determined to read a lot of reading materials such as books, manuscripts and net books in our to make perpetuation and  further acquisition of learning possible.

In the field of HRDM [Human Resources Development Management], committing oneself to lifelong learning is very difficult because there are a lot of areas [HR Functions] that you will need to discover in order to understand the HRDM in a bigger picture.

The image above shows the areas or functions that I wanted to learn perpetually in the field of HRDM. Specifically, Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits and HR Correspondence. However, my biggest problem is.. [as of now] I'm still incapable of acquiring these books for, they are very expensive! Oh-em! 

Anyhow, I am still optimistic that I can acquire these books soon. As for now, I'm still settling myself with the books and other resources available at home and in the internet. 

Hopefully, in some future time I will be able to maximize my learning and enter the Post-Graduate Studies. AJA! ;-)
